Blueswell was established in 2008 and located at Blk3 Lot2-E Justino Street, Villa Esperanza, Barangay Amsic, Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. Blueswell is a 4 unit 3 storey building consisting of 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom in 2nd floor, 1 comfort room in the ground floor.

March 2017 Blueswell Apartelle open its new build 3 storey building consisting of 6 Units with a common pool to give its guest a better and relaxing vacation. Each room contains 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom.

Throughout the years, the management decided to build another 2 storey building at the back of Blueswell Apartelle to address the demand of its guest. Last June 2019 the new building was officially opened to its guest for them to experience a different variety of living and relaxation.

Blueswell Apartelle provides a good service to its tenants, it is a comfortable environment, peaceful & friendly neighbourhood.
